Upon issuance of a "Notice of Loan Approval", I understand that I must abide by the terms of Notice of Loan Approval, and in doing so, if my loan is turned down after I secure a contract to purchase a home, my rent will be paid for the next 3 months, at the current monthly rent payment, up to a maximum of $1000.00 per month.
